Yum! A tarter sauce with a punch and a uuumph and a zing! Made for some mighty fine dipping with fish and chips. Nice change of pace. I love your recipes.

I had this with fried perch tonight and it was great! I used less chipoltle(about 1 tsp.) and it was just the right heat. Thanks Rita!

This is a fantastic tartar sauce with just the right amount of kick to it. Thanks Rita, we really enjoyed this!

My dd will not eat fish unless there is tartar sauce- and not the bottled kind. Made this for her and she loved it- after she asked me why it was brown! lol Nice variation of the same old pickles and mayo version- very zippy and layered with flavor!

DH loved this. I had to improvise with some non-fresh ingredients...chipotle chili powder, dried parsley, and freeze dried chives. Can't wait to do it again with fresh! I also used low-fat mayo.
