Wonderful recipe with great flavor.Did mix all ingredients together, and keep refrigerated until I was ready to spread on the tortillas. Better flavor second day--great make-ahead recipe.

I made these for a party yesterday and they were an absolute hit. I used spinach tortillas instead of regular. Also, mixed the ranch dressing mix w/a couple of spoons of sour cream first and then added it to the cream cheese for easier mixing. Also, just realized that I forgot the shredded cheese and they still turned out great. Will definitely make them again
Thanks for a great idea....

I fixed these the night before a last minute notice for a potlluck at work... easy to make... easy on the eyes, easy to transport. I didn't use the Hidden Valley ranch mix, and used the Whipped Philly Cream Cheese with chives in the interest of time. Spinach and Jalapeno Cheddar flavored flour tortillas were excellent choice for flavor and color. I received a lot of compliments

I made these for a potluck tailgating party for my DS's football game. They were a huge hit. I served them with a side of salsa and guacamole. They were gone before the end of the serving line.....thank you so much for a tasty appy that I will use again and again......Stephanie

Easy to make and a big hit. I used onion and chive cream cheese and 10" tortillas.

I substituted the pimentoes for roasted red peppers and added some crumbled bacon-bought them to an anniversary party and they were the first thing to go!!!! Very easy and tasty-will definitely make again.

Carla, these were the best mexican pinwheels that I've had thus far. I took them to a birthday party and they went within 1/2 hour. I have been requested the recipe from a few of my lady friends. I doubled the pimentoes, chilies, and onion. It made about 6 tortillas for me. Thanks for the recipe, it's a "keeper".

I mixed it up with flavored tortillas. The basil and olive oil flavored were gone first, tomato second, and plain was last.

These were quite good; we spiced outs up a bit by adding in some cumin to the cream cheese mixture. People enjoyed them.

These were fantastic! I used sun dried tomato basil and jalapeno tortillas. Just make sure you roll them as tight as possible. Yum, Yum, Yum!
