This recipe was great! i didn't use the parmesan and italian dressing though because i used the fish for fish tacos. i really liked the breading technique and that it was baked instead of fried. it tasted really light and not greasy at all. wonderful! i only added a little olive oil to the egg mixture to sort of replace the dressing. i will be using this recipe again. thank you so much!

I thought these cooked very nicely, but the Italian dressing and garlic were too strong for me. Thanks for posting!

I used raspberry vinegarette instead of Italian dressing and cornmeal instead of breadcrumbs and it was great.

I have never made catfish and this recipe was perfect! I went a little overboard with the Italian dressing but the fish was perfect!
