I used a ziptop bag to distribute the oil and herbs. This was so easy to make and is such a wonderful side dish!!! My DH also loves potatoes and of these there were no leftovers!! They will be a standby in my kitchen forever!!

Oh yum, I couldn't stop eating these even after I was full! I doubled the spices and mixed together in a little bowl before sprinkling on the potatoes. As I was cooking some other things in the oven, I cooked at 210 degrees for about 40 minutes and they were all brown and crispy on the outside but tender on the inside - pefect! Thanks for posting!

Fabulous!! I thought it was easier to just dump everything into a bowl, mix it up then dump onto a baking pan. Nevermind trying to brush & sprinkle. these were excellent & delicious. I wish I'd made more.

We loved these potato crisps! My DH had them all ate before I even finished what I had on my plate. Potatoes is his most favorite and I have learned... if you want seconds you better hurry to the bowl before he grabs it and gobbles them up. LOL I did leave out the rosemary cause of personal preference and added ground black pepper. Awesome spices in this recipe! Thanks for sharing these amazing potato crisps! I know I will be making these again in the future.

Excellent method of cooking for a very crisp potato. I changed up the herb mixture some for personal preference. So easy to make. I used a zip-lock bag to mix everything together and that worked well. thanks bluemoon.

An absolutely fantastic lunch for us. Potatoes sre always a winner with us, but the spices were fantastic. I took another reviewers advice by using a ziploc bag to make the spices were distributed good, and it came out with a great result. It was nice and simple and a recipe to save. Made for Zaar Stars.

Very good! Served these as part of an appetizer platter with CountryLady's Garlic Aioli (Garlic Mayonnaise (Aioli)) to dip them in. I will be making them again and again and as they're taken care of in the oven, I can concentrate on something else stove-top. Thank you!

Very good! I omitted the oil & used Becel Cooking Spray. I also only used half the celery & garlic salt. We found the flavours & texture to be perfect!
