I used turkey sausage--one sweet, one hot italian sausage, removed the casings and followed directions. Very delicious and easy pasta dish. I used feta cheese--would also be delicious with romanao, parmesan, mozzarella or a combination thereof. Thanks, Lori!

I made this receipe last night, using one lb each of cavatelli and sausage, and the result was excellent. The flavor of the olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, and chicken broth was wonderful. Thanks for a great recipe.

Came together really easy and the flavor was not overpowered by any one thing, but blended together really well. Loved it topped with the cheese, I used Cheddar. Oh and also added a wee bit more garlic! Thanks for a great recipe and congrats on winning the football pool!
