Excellent recipe!! DH loved it! I used 2 large cans of Bush baked beans that I drained. I added garlic and serranos for our tastes. I also added a little spicy brown mustard, since that's how I make my baked beans. I baked as recommended and 10 minutes before it was ready, I topped it all off with french fried onions (another baked bean secret of mine)!! Thanks for the simple, delicious recipe that I can make on busy weeknights!!

I made this leaving out the green pepper (just my taste) and the cheese (accidentally) and it was tasty let me tell ya! I used the really thin cut pork chops and didn't have any problems with them falling apart. My cook time was approximately 40 minutes. They may have been done sooner but thats when I took them out. I will definitely be making this again. Thanks for a good recipe!

I knew DH would fall in love with this dish. I was right. He made me promise that this would become a regular on our monthly menu plan. I have to agree with him. I took the advice of one of the reviewers and added minced garlic to the bean mixture. I don't know if it improved the flavor but it sure didn't hurt it. Next time I will try it with the shredded cheddar cheese. Overall a very easy, quick and tasty dish to prepare. Thanks, Kittencal for posting another delicious recipe.

Pure comfort food! The only difference I made to the recipe was to substitute hot salsa for the BBQ sauce - 15 minutes before dinner I did add some slim pieces of cheddar but probably only 1/2 oz. It dressed it up and gave great flavoe I cut the recipe in half with no problem .I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner.. I will try freezing half and report at a later date. Thanks Kittencal - it is indeed Delicious

The pork chops stayed tender and moist in the bean sauce. After we made these pork chops earlier I froze some of the leftovers. We thawed and heated them up and they were still great! So next time I'll double the recipe and freeze a batch for up to three months for a future meal. I love when I can just thaw, heat and serve great meals like this-thank you for the yummy and filling recipe!

Delicious! And so easy, my 8 year old daughter helped make most of it. We used Bush's Original Baked Beans (had on hand) and added a little cayenne. She scarfed it down!

This seems to be my week to make your recipes, Kitten. This was very easy to make. I halved the recipe (and still had half leftover)! I liked the flavor and the ease of prep. I did not add any cheddar cheese. Thanks for another great dinner, Kitten. Sue

Good casserole for pork chops. I had 5 boneless pork chops so I used two 16oz. cans of pork and beans, and scaled the rest of the ingredients accordingly. I drained one can of beans and baked half the time covered and the other half uncovered. The sauce seemed to be just the right thickness.
