This really was a treat, and I didn't feel guilty about it either. I added some cheesecake-flavored fat-free pudding as well, and 2 layers of reduced-fat vanilla wafers. AND as an additional layer, I added some crumbles of "Diet Soda cake" (yellow with diet sprite). If you let it sit in the fridge a while, the wafers and cake get a little mushy and that's how I like em.

Awesome....and since it was low calorie I made it into 2 servings and served them in large wine gobblets. Perfect for a lazy Saturday! Thank you Lauralie41!

Easy, tasty, low-fat — great dessert! I made 1 package of chocolate pudding and one of vanilla, and I layered the two and Cool Whip to make 6 servings. I also served in wine glasses (thanks for the idea, ncmystery!), and served to friends as a light, summer-y dessert after a casual dinner of grilled burgers. Really good - got a lot of compliments! I put these together in less than 10 min - this'll be so easy to keep ingredients on hand! Thanks!

Great! My husband and two year-old both loved these. I didn't have chocolate pudding on hand, so I substituted French Vanilla pudding. That worked out great-- the flavor was something like banana cream pie! We can't wait to try it as written with chocolate pudding. Thanks for sharing!

Chocolate! These parfaits make for a wonderful low-fat alternative to satisfy the chocolate cravings. The only change I made was to use Dream Whip instead of the cool-whip. I think this would be excellent with the addition of coarse chopped peanuts. Plan to give that a try in the future.

Yummm! What could be better than combining a few favorites AND take out the calories and fat? This really hit the spot and was super simple to put together. The kid in me forced me to add a sprinkling of mini chocolate chips to the top of each. Thanks Laurielie!

These were very easy and very tasty. I didn't use low fat products b/c I didn't have them on hand. I agree with GaylaV that I didn't love the texture of the instant pudding, but think this would be awesome w/ the real thing. Made for zwt5.

I layered these in fancy glasses and when my kids saw them their eyes just about popped out of their heads. They enjoyed these sooo much. It was fun for me to watch!! The fact that they are lowfat AND easy is only a plus!!! Thanks for the recipe!

Great taste and quick to make. Thats how I like my desserts. The kids went nuts over these. My youngest went one step further, he put sprinkles on his to top them off with. Thanks for posting this.
