Yep, this is the one I've made and enjoyed. Got it from the Food Network in his recipe for Fried Eggplant with Shrimp Etouffee. It makes the BEST eggplant!

This is a very nice blend of spices that I am happy to have in my spice cupboard. I used it to make Connie K's Texas Toast, Texas Toast, Ala Emeril.

I made up a batch of this to use in a cajun pasta dish and it was delicious. I was afraid the cream in the dish might overwhelm the spices, so I upped the cayenne about a quarter of a teaspoon or so. Fantastic! I also put this on some grilled burgers. Love it, thanks for sharing!

A new homemade spice mix addition to my extensive collection. This recipe is a halved version of #14372 with the addition of black pepper.

This is great and it didn't cost $5 a bottle. It's not overwhelmingly pepper-hot and half a recipe made just the right amount for my needs. Used it in a recipe that called for creole mustard. Another $5 savings. Thanks for sharing this, shelbyrose.

EXCELLENT!!! I've been sprinkling this on just about anything I put on the grill...chicken thighs, pork chops, and hamburgers. I put the thyme and oregano in my electric coffee grinder and powdered it. The smell of this cooking is wonderful.

Make and use this stuff ALL the time. Awesome on fried potatoes or for seasoning backstrap or anything bar-b-qued. As for Emeil's liberal application- well in my world a little BAM! goes a long way.

I've been using this wonderful stuff for a few years now, but I now make it without the salt. It gives it more versatility. Kudos to Emeril for making this recipe available to everyone!

I really love this! I highly reccommend this for making Pugs and Kisses' Alice Spring's Chicken (much better than McCormack's Season All for flavoring the chicken). Easy to make!
