I brought the fixings for this to work and had a sinfully good breakfast. Gosh, I love oatmeal. Added a tablespoon of nonfat dry milk powder to the oatmeal and used a bit more water to acheive my desired consistency. The dry milk gave this more of a peaches and cream flavor and came to me because of the recipe description. Thanks!

Made this for the "I recommend this recipe" game based on Longhornmama's review. And it is as good as everyone says! My new magic box cooked them faster than two minutes and they ended up parched. I added a bit more peaches and juice, cinnamon, and Splenda because I love peaches and it did need some sweetening up for me. This is something I'll be going back to again and will try with pears (another fave fruit). In the summer, I'll prob. try it with strawberries. Thanks, Luv!

I made this with quick cooking oats and used milk instead of water for cooking to give a creamier consistency. My oats only took 2 mins to cook in the microwave. This was a great brekky, wholesome & filling and great tasting, will be making this again, Thanks! Made for ZWT III.

Yummy breakfast! I've eaten this several mornings this week. Really quick and easy way to make homemade oatmeal with ingredients you can control. I had to make do with vanilla, not having any butterscotch extract which I'm sure would be delicious. I like oatmeal a little creamier, so when I made this the second time, I subbed vanilla soy milk for water, and added a bit more at serving. I do think fresh peaches would be the best if in season. This serving size is very hearty and filling. Thanks so much for sharing your recipe!

Yum. I have made this three times today (twice for me and once for my 4 year old who kept snitching bites of my original bowl!). I have discovered that one serving is not enough for me; I need a double. I also have found that I like the mushiness that the quick oats allow more then the old fashioned in this recipe. I took Toni's lead and added a little dry milk powder with the peaches. At the end I used the vanilla extract and a generous sprinkle of splenda brown (as I like my oatmeal sweet). A really nice oatmeal. Thanks!

I've been trying to find a good oatmeal recipe for the longest time. Problem is that I don't really like oatmeal. I find it very bland, no matter how I make it. This recipe, however, fits the bill! The peaches made it fruity and sweet. I tried it today as directed, except I used 2 Tbsp of Splenda. Since I'm on the Weight Watcher's Core plan, I used artificially sweetened, "no sugar added", canned peaches in water. Right before eating it, I stirred in a Tbsp of fat-free Half & Half. Next time I think I'm going to sprinkle 1/2 tsp of brown suger on top too. This recipe is a keeper.

Thank you so much for posting this recipe! It was so hard to get oatmeal into my kids, but with this combo of peaches and peach juice, there is no longer a hastle in the morning. They love it. Very easy in the microwave and virtually no cleanup. Thanks LUv 2 BaKE!

I will be going back for this recipe over and over,it was great. Instead of oatmeal this morning,I used 2 TBS of quick cooking cream of wheat, then followed the recipe as written. Plan to try oatmeal in the morning. Thanks so much for sharing your recipe.

I doubled this and used quick oats and 1% milk in place of the water. I also used two 4 oz. cans of diced peaches in light syrup for the peaches and juice. I doubled the cinnamon and used regular sugar. Overall this was pretty good. Still a bit bland for my tastes but by fat the best made-from-scratch oatmeal I think I've ever had. Kids liked it pretty well too!
