This is an easy, moist chicken dish. I did not have the dry breadcrumbs but used corn flake crumbs which I seasoned with Italian seasoning. I flattened the chicken to promote even cooking and remembered when putting them in the oven that I had left off the cheese. So when they came out the oven, I sprinkled the cheese on top. Dinner was great. Thanks!

pretty good, i used garlic oil instead of olive oil. I also tucked a half of a clove of garlic under skin of each thigh before i baked. Turned out pretty good, and smelled great cooking.

This came out perfect. I added blanched broccoli to the baking dish & laid the chicken on top. I drizzled the remaining olive oil/garlic mix over it & it came out fabulous!!!

Very delicious. I used chicken thighs becuse they are my favorite part of the clucker. I also used PaulaG's suggestion and used cornflakes. Breadcrumbs still give me nightmares.

Nice and garlicky, just the way I like it. I used the whole amount of coating for just two chicken breasts, but that might just be because I love stuff thoroughly coated! Thanks for posting, this made a very tasty Friday night dinner!

Awesome chicken and a great way to make chicken parmesan too. I used Italian seasoned breadcrumbs and am a firm believer in double dipping anything breaded. Love those extra calories (eyes rolling)!!! The garlic was great on the chicken. I served over liquine with spaghetti sauce on the side and extra parmesan cheese. Thanx katie for a keeper!

This was outstanding! It turned out almost exactly like my husband's favorite chicken dish from an expensive restaurant in town. Now I can make it any night of the week and it won't cost $15 a plate. I paired this with fresh steamed broccoli and it was an easy dinner. This could really be used for entertaining too. It looks and tastes like a lot more work than it really is. I made extra garlic oil to pour over the top since that's the way the restaurant does it and it was sooo good! This recipe is the answer to my prayers!

Loved this recipe. used Panko, like somebody else suggested and needed more coating for the 4 breasts. I also added a little chili powder to it since we like it spicy and it turned out great.

Excellent chicken. The recipe came together very quickly and was flavorful and juicy. I sliced my chicken breast lengthwise to make thinner fillets and reduce cooking time. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly. This is a great recipe that works well on weeknights or even for company.

Very nice chicken, moist and flavorful - I used two breasts as well for the coating. I also put in some Italian herbs into the coating - worked very well. I covered the chicken for the last ten minutes or so when it looked like the parmesan might blacken. You could probably change the recipe by using chili infused oil or something like that. Will try again!
