WOW! This was awesome! I did cut back on the garlic as my cloves were very big. This is sooo much better than bottled.

EXCELLENT!! I am NOT a fan of Caesar Salad, but I like it. . yours is CREAMY! FYI, WalMart has anchovy paste, as of today, $1.18 for a tube of paste. . WOW, I really liked the marriage of all the ingredients! THANKS

Awesome recipe. Everybody loves it. I use about 4-inches of anchovy paste instead of the filets and substitute low-cal Hellmans (not Kraft, which is awful).

I'm not going to lie - I was terrified of the anchovies. But I worked through it and I'm very glad that I did. This dressing had a great authentic taste and was very creamy and tasted wonderful. I used two anchovy filets and since they were pretty salty, I chose to leave out the additional salt. I used a little over a teaspoon of the worcestershire sauce and I'm glad that I added that in. I made this the day before and all the flavors had a chance to meld together. Everyone loved this. Try it with the anchovies - I promise you won't regret it!

Everyone loved this dressing, even my dad who usually will not eat anything with garlic in it. I will certainly be making this again and again.

YUM! Very good flavor. I used some dry (1tbs)buttermilk with the 1/4 c milk. Also anchovy from the tube. Make ahead so the flavors can blend! Thanks Kitten!

As good if not better than any Caesar salad I've tasted in restaurants. Used fresh romaine from a local farm and my own homemade croutons. (I could make a meal off the salad dressing all by itself.) I omitted using salt in the dressing for the Worcestershire sauce took care of that aspect. The dressing was allowed to refrigerate a good 3 hours which only enhanced its flavor. For the anchovy fillets, convenient anchovy paste in the tube was used; Grey Poupon for the Dijon. Served alongside of Corn Fritters. Best part? No raw egg.

The first time I made this exactly as printed. Outstandingly delicious!!! Then I used the Dressing for a pasta salad: Fantastic!!! Kittencal, you've outdone yourself with this recipe. It became an instant favorite in our house. Thank you!

Very good salad and dressing. I didn't have any anchovy fillets on hand so left them out and it was still good. I did fry about 8 slices of bacon until crisp and broke it into the salad along with home made croutons. I was only sorry that I hadn't made more. We all really enjoyed it with our lasagna.
