We have made these shrimp countless times now. Most often we make it when we're having company over that we want to impress without doing any work. No need to change the recipe...it turns out perfect every time. If there are leftovers we grind them up in the processor and mix them into cream cheese with a little extra crushed red pepper and garlic powder. So good with crackers.

Unbelievable!! These shrimp are the bomb!! DD and I ate, and ate! So,so good! I made the marinade, tasted and thought instantly, 5 STARS!! DD and I added a bit more Chipotle, and a bit of the adobo sauce after tasting it, just because she and I love it Hot! Then I squeezed in a little lime juice, just for a little Zip. Rita, this recipe is to die for!! Thank you, thank you for sharing it! Made with massive amounts of pleasure for Zaar World Tour!!

This is easily the best shrimp recipe I have ever had. I switched the chipoltes out for one serano pepper and it was amazing. A great recipe.

Very yummy! I put the chicken on one kabob and veggies on another. This was a great recipe. I didnt like however, that the marinade was hot, then poured over raw chicken, it gave it a funny texture. Next time I would let the marinade cool, first.

DH and I agreed that this is the absolute best grilled shrimp we've ever had. The chipotle added just the right amount of a smoky "bite", the honey and lime balanced the heat-- yum! I served it over tomato-rice as a main course (accompanied my Rita L's guacamole and a pitcher of "her" mojitos as well-- heaven!!!)

Seriously the BEST shrimp! You could even use the marinade on meats! Yum. There were only 3 of us and we ate them ALL!!! Went with the suggested Lime Cayenne Mayo to dip and it was nice and light and fresh...This will be a staple!

Excellent! I made these for a dinner for our new neighbor and we all just loved them. They are so quick to grill and the flavor is is yum-o! I used tiger shrimp and left off the cilantro and used parsley instead. Thanks for posting a keeper!

Fabulous!!!! followed recipe exactley except skipped the cilantro. What a nice combo of flavors, sweet & spicey. Served with our grilled steaks & Grilled Zucchini. Chose this because I had all the ingredients on hand & I am glad I picked this one.
