I made these for a dinner party recently. They were a huge hit. I had NO leftovers. I added some minced garlic and whipping cream as well. YUMMY!!!

These awful potatoes sure did taste awful, good that is! I didn't use as much sour cream as called for, and used lite cream cheese. My son loved them, thanks for posting. =)

These were great. Easy to make and beautiful texture; I can't believe how creamy they were without milk. I only used half the amount of cream cheese called for. I baked at a higher temp for a shorter time. They tasted like twice baked potatoes without all the fuss. MMM! My whole family loved them!

This is an absolutely wonderful recipe! It is very flavorful and easy to make. It is a definite keeper! (I tried it using coarse ground garlic salt with parsley, butter, 1/4 c cream and 1/2 c parmesan.)

I made meatloaf last night for dinner and didn't want the same old mashed potatos. These tasted great! Nice change of pace from just buttered potatos.

Oh yuck! These were as awful as the name said! Really, don't make them, just send me all your cream cheese, sour cream and potatoes and I'll take them off your hands......

This has been a family favorite for a long time in my house. I only used 1 cup fat-free sour cream and 3 ounces low-fat cream cheese to serve up a light mashed potato.
