I thought this was really quite good. The lamb came out almost buttery tasting and very tender. I cooked mine quite a bit longer as we prefer ours cooked less rare. Thanks for an eacy, tasty recipe.

My husband and I thought your chops were delicioso. Very easy to prepare and the were tender and juicy. The topping is a nice touch and we reallllllly liked the mustard flavor. Great recipe.

Quick and easy, nice flavour and like the 'crunch' of the topping.

Made this exactly according to your recipe and served it with sweet potatoes and a tomato-onion salad. I served it to my sister who was staying with me, and she loved it. Me too!

Just picked up a spring lamb for the freezer, this recipe is the first taste of it. Lovely recipe!! great taste and cooked perfectly to medium rare, just the way we like it. Love the mustard, thyme, garlic combination and it was very easy and quick to put together. Thanks Bergy, will be using this one often!!

This was a very good recipe I will be using it again in the future . I halved the recipe and added 1/2 tsp. of kosher salt to the crumb mixture. This is quick and easy and great for when you dont have a whole lot of time.

Well done Bergy for this one I made this with lamb leg steaks and they turned out very tender. Easy to make gave this a plus. Good enough for company. Will also try this with other herbs in place of the thyme for a change, eg. mint or basil. Thanks for posting

I had to find a fast recipe at the last minute with ingredients that I already had on hand. I'd always braised shoulder chops before and thought that was necesary for this cut, but these were great - not tough, and the topping was very tasty! We loved them served with basmati rice and peas.

Thanks, Bergy, for a great way to fix lamb chops. Quick and easy! I think I'll try it on pork chops next!
