To serve two, I only cut back on the chicken (1 cup), broccoli (2 cups) and green beans (1 cup). We ate it all. Vey tasty.

My family and I really enjoyed this recipe. As a matter of fact, it has been voted as the best stir fry made to date. A definite keeper for us. I did change a couple things. I added some brown sugar to the sauce because I thought it was a little too salty. I didn't have any garlic flavored olive oil, so I just threw in some crushed garlic from a jar in with the olive oil. And I added a little more cornstarch because we like a thicker sauce. All in all though, a really good recipe. Thanks Little Bunny Fufu.

My whole family loved this, which is rare! I found the slight orange tang a nice change. I made a few changes by doubling the ingredients for the sauce (cornstarch, soy sauce, chicken broth and OJ concentrate) and adding 3 carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally, 3 ribs of celery also sliced diagonally, and 1/4 cup chopped red pepper left over from another recipe. Left out the beans because I didn't have any fresh or frozen. I like to serve this over lentils for a lower carb meal.
