Excellent flavorful recipe - typical Indonesian skewers with peanutty sauce. I used fresh gound peanuts (peanut butter made at a local bulk food store).Boneless Country style ribs, sliced just over 1/4" pounded thin.Marinated all day. Cooked over a gas BBQ, medium heat Served with Nasi Goreng rice dish. Great meal thanks luvmybge

Wonderful flavour and extremely easy, great for a morning where I was in a rush. I didn't bother pounding the pork, just did it as chops. I reduced the pepper flakes but shouldn't have. Could have used the extra heat. Thanks!

I'm used to make chicken satay instead of pork satay. That is one of my favourite food. I use indonesian sweet soy sauce which you subtituted with brown sugar and soy sauce here. For dips, I use peanut sauce and sometimes I mix with roasted cashew nuts.

Made for 2008 All New Zaar Cookbooks tag. I had originally intended to cook this on the grill, but Mother Nature changed my plans so I cut the meat into small chunks and sauted it until browned in a skillet coated with spray oil. I then mixed the marinade ingredients together and poured them over the cooked meat in the skillet and let it simmer for about 20 minutes. The flavor was excellent. Can't wait for the weather to change so I can try this on the grill as the recipe is written. Thank you!

This was great!!! Served at a tapas party and they were a hit! Brought the few leftovers to work and there weren't any left! Thanks!
