So simple & so good. took minutes to make. The garlic is a must and I think bit of Coriander would be nice too - This could, I think, be a cold soup as well Loved it thanks Tebo for a delicious soup recipe

I wanted to love this. I really did. I sat at the table and tried to justify the taste as subtle, or delicate... instead, it looked and tasted a bit like baby food. I followed the recipe and added 1/2 teaspoon of coriander, as suggested. It was edible. It was okay. It wasn't great. I will, although, try this once I have my second child (minus spices and sodiumed broth).

Easy soup. Good way to get more carrots into your diet. Filling and healthy. My suggestion to make this recipe easier: Boil diced carrots and potatoes in small amount of water until tender, mash (e.g. w/ potato masher), and then add the chicken broth to your desired soup consistency. Alternative to pureeing in a blender.

This soup is the best soup ever!!! Loved it! Had to make a couple of changes: used beef stock (from stock cubes, didn't have chicken), slightly more potatoes, 1 teaspoon of herbes de provence (didn't have italian seasoning) and no bay leaf. Turned out great. 1st choice for comfort food now

Terrific soup! I followed the directions exactly, until the end when I became afraid that I wouldn't have enough, so I added some 2% milk (About 1 1/2 C) after pureeing...it tasted great! Oh, I used the coriander suggestion too. Anyway, I will definitely make this again. Oh, and it all disappeared at the dinner table! Thanks for the recipe!

Excellent!!!!! Really good one soup. Taste so good. I omitted the bay leaves too but put more black pepper just because the family likes it. Great. Had made twice in the past week. Thanx for the recipe.

Very tasty and nutritious! I used more than double the garlic stated in the recipe, and I think I will use even more next time I make this soup.

This soup was absolutely delicious! I had homemade chicken broth in the fridge to use up, and it turned out very tasty. Very filling, but very light on the fat/calorie side. Excellent and thank you! Oh, and using a hand-blender to purée soup made the job at the end easier.
