Good potatoes! I've made similar recipes before, but I think it was the breadcrumbs that make the difference. I didn't exactly dip in butter and roll in the breadcrumbs - more of a toss and sprinkle and toss some more. Thanks so much for posting!

These are very very good! So easy to make and such a great breading. I threw all of my crumbs, cheese, and spices into a big bag and added a handfull of dried onion flakes, red pepper flakes, and boy did these come out great! Baked mine higher at 425 degrees for 35 minutes because I like mine with a crispy outside coating! Useing foil on my baking sheet ensured easy clean up. I sprayed it first with a little cooking spray and the whole family devoured these.

These potatoes are just wonderful ~ they are such a nice change from fries! The recipe was so easy and the flavor was big. I made as posted and baked for just about 40 minutes. Thank you so much for posting a keeper!

These tasted great and were easy to make! Not greasy like the fried potato wedges. I made them as the recipe stated and can't think of any way to improve them. I'll be making these again. So good! PAC Fall '06
