This dish is delish!! My family got tired of the basic chicken dish & Matzo Brie! My kids even ate it cold! I'll make it again even when it's not Pesach. A-1!!

    Wow i'm really glad I tried this.. this was delicious! Due to personal preference, I probably added 4x the garlic overall and probably marinated the chicken a bit longer. Since we like our chicken well done to the MAX, I first sauteed the chicken for 5 minutes and then when the chicken turned white and the juices started to come out, I added it to the sauce after it had simmered for 5min or so. Finally I allowed the chicken/sauce mixture to simmer for 20-25min until thick and delicious. I don't think it needed any sugar, but I added 1 tsp of it anyways. I hope more people try this dish... Thanks!
