Outstanding. Easy to put together. We are garlic lovers so that was a real plus. The sauce is so good and gives the shrooms a wonderful flavor. I used small button mushrooms. You are right, can't eat just one. Thanks for a terrific recipe.

Great taste. Tangy flavor with the garlic was excellent. I might try adding just a bit of sesame oil next time. That may make it a 5 star recipe for me..Thanks for sharing...

As Martha would say, This is good! It was really a great tapa that my guests really enjoyed. No you can't eat just one. I did use rice vinegar instead of white and Yoshida's Gourmet Sauce (available in Sams, Costco and oriental sections of supermarkets)instead of the soy sauce, Gave a little sweeter taste, similar to teriaki. It was so good I moved the recipe to my "Tapas Cookbook" here on "Zaar" for all to enjoy if they were looking for great tapas. If there were 6 stars I would award it that!

Easy and good mushrooms. I cut the amount of oil in hlaf so they wouldn't be so greasy. I think that I would use sesame oil or peanut oil for next time. Near the end of cooking, I added a 1/4 tsp or so of sugar to counter the vinegar a bit. These make great appys, but I'd love them as a side dish, too. Thanx!

I sliced the mushrooms and used it as a side dish instead of an appetizer. Thanks!
