I love this! I love the crunch of the celery and the sweetness of the peas. I omitted onions. Sometimes I substitute diced sweet pickles for the relish and dill just for something different. Wonderful summer meal.

My favorite tuna pasta salad!! I left out the sweet relish (since I don't like it) but added some seeded and diced cucumber which added another wonderful flavor. Also added a little celery seed. This is absolutely the best tuna salad I have ever had! Thank you for the recipe.

I love cold tuna pasta salad on a hot summer day. Your family's recipe is wonderful. I liked the slight tartness from the vinegar in the dressing and the dill pickles. It nicely contrasts the sweetness from the pickle relish and peas. Very well done. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Perfect. I didn't have any pickle relish, but it tastes great without it, too. Thanks for this tasty version of an old standard!

This is a delightful salad. I love it and will be making it often. Was not too sure about the dill pickles, but you said put 'em in there...so I did, and guess what....I loved them!!!!

The 5 star ratings for this recipe are absolutely deserved! I made this for my niece's birthday party this weekend but couldn't help having a taste after a few hours in the fridge. FANTASTIC! The sweetness of the relish and peas paired with the tartness of the pickles and vinegar were a perfect balance. The crunch of the onion and celery made this pasta salad complete. This one goes directly into my "Tried and True" cookbook.
Thanks for posting, Nimz!
