Really yummy and my husband can't wait for us to have it again. I did not have quite as much turkey (maybe had 2 cups) or tomatoes (had about 6 small tomatoes) but it was still a really good blend of flavors. I also used about 4 T of fresh parsley as I didn't have any dried parsley. When I made the dressing I reduced the oil to about 3/4 cup. When tasting the dressing alone, I thought it was going to be too mustard-y, but don't worry, once you add it to the whole salad, the flavors meld beautifully. This fed 3 adults very well (but keep in mind I had less meat), just served it with some crackers and wine for a dinner outside in the garden. Will definitely do again sometime soon.

This was really, really tasty. I added roasted red peppers to it, and loved it. Next time I'm going to try some artichoke hearts and banana pepper rings as well. The only thing I'd change about the recipe is to reduce the amount of olive oil in the dressing, it was a bit oily for my tastes. VERY VERY GOOD. Thanks for posting.

I always love a good restaurant salad and this one definitely is one! The dressing is so flavorful. I did use green onions instead of shallots, since mine didn't look fresh. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly. I appreciate your posting it! Roxygirl in Colo.

My adult son visited the other nite for dinner and proceeded to raid the fridge for munchies as I was cooking. This salad (from the nite before his visit) was supposed to be a side dish with another meal. There was nothing left. My hubby and both sons pronounced it the bomb! I too, didn't add the meats and it was delish. I'll definitely make again.

Doubled the recipe and served (20) people at a baby shower and still had alot left over. Everyone loved it! I made the mistake of just pouring all of the dressing into the salad mixture and ended up adding another head of lettuce. Have already emailed the recipe to others who requested it.

I was surprised to get so many compliments on the salad. It was a hit. I didn't add any of the meat --- I think it was the dressing and the crispness that everyone liked. We'll be making it again!

FABULOUS!!! DH and I really loved this. The dressing is easy to make and gives such a great flavor to the basil in the salad. This really is a step up for DH because the only dressing he usually goes for is creamy ranch. blech! I will make this often and maybe add in different kinds of beans and some corn. Thanks again for posting this!

A huge fan of this salad in the restaurant (I make trips there JUST to eat this). Wonderful recipe, tastes just like at CPk. Thanks!

This recipe was a big hit! I used fresh morzerella in it but otherwise followed the recipe....

This salad was a hard one, because we loved everything about it except the shallots. They were so overpowering that it was hard to enjoy the salad. I think next time we'll try something less pungent. There will definitely be a next time though!
