I loved, loved, loved this chicken. I am a real fan of capers and think they give just a wonderful accent flavor to the otherwise bland chicken. I can't say enough about this chicken, except "Cluck Cluck"!

What a fantastic recipe! I made it as called for except halved the chicken. There was a lot of sauce, and it was a bit thin, so I thickened it up with a little cornstarch and water. It was great over the basmati rice I served with it....a definite keeper!

I prepared a double recipe of this one for my family of seven. Everyone enjoyed the dish, although my mom thought that there was too much garlic (I happen to be a garlic fan, so it was okay for me) and not quite enough lemon. The chicken was tender and the onions tasted great. I recommend making this with pasta as there is a nice sauce.

I have made this recipe twice and it has turned out fabulous both times. It is restaurant quality and one of my favorite dishes. I follow the recipe exactly. Easy to prepare and the recipe is easy to follow.

This chicken was very flavorful and tender. My breading fell off the chicken once I added my broth. Perhaps I cooked it too long in the broth, but it was still good. I served this with white rice and steamed broccoli.

Loved it ! Doubled the sauce only because I had twice the amount of chicken (my d/h loves leftovers). I will make this again and again. Very good for company !

This is without question a five star recipe. The directions are simple, flavor was great and I especially liked the very little amount of oil needed to prepare the meal. Thank you GingerPeach for sharing the recipe.

This was great. I doubled the recipe and made with white rice. I was actually going to rate this 4 stars because I thought it needed a little extra flavor. However, I made it for leftovers the next day after the rice had soaked into the sauce. It was excellent. Great flavor. Next time I make this I will add the rice to the sauce before serving.
