Very rich, very sweet, very, VERY good! Yield was spot on. Will definitely make again with a few small modifications! The dough was very firm and quite difficult to work with - I had no need for the 3-inch safety zone either as the cookies simply did not spread at all in the oven! So, I'll decrease the amount of flour and/or oats just a little the next time. Could be one of those gluten variation thingies again, and not a biggie! Wonderful cookies, thank you for sharing!

I had made this dough and stuck it in the freezer until I needed it. Freezing it seemed to dry it out and it was necessary to add a little bit of milk to get it to a working consistancy. Wonderful tasting cookies! This is probably the best tasting oatmeal cookie I've ever tasted.

Excellent recipe! These are amazingly good! I added an extra egg yolk as other people mentioned the batter didn't hold together very well. And, increased the baking soda to tsp which did make them spread a little bit...just perfect! I baked them for 10 mins and they turned out chewy. I am going to be making this many times especially for Christmas. Thank you!!!

This recipe is very similar to a cookie that is from a premier bakery here. I've been looking for something like and I believe I found it. Awesome cookie!! Thanks

Oh, Yum!!!! I love oatmeal cookies, and these are great~~I'm eating a warm one right now!! :O) I was a bit worried because as I was creaming the sugars & butter, I discovered I was out of eggs. I looked up egg substitutions and found one using shortening, flour, water, and baking soda!! I never thought it would work, but they came out awesome!!! Don't hesitate to make these. . . they are delicious!!

These are fantastic! I have also made them with dried blueberries. Just use less of them. Thanks for sharing!

Simply gorgeous cookies! My DH loves them, and I have convinced myself that they are good for me and I should eat more of them given the benefits cranberries have on womens bladders etc etc!! Thought it might be nice to sub chopped dried apricots for the cranberries too??

I am not easily impressed when it comes to cookies. I made this exactly by the recipe, and was blown away. My husband doesn't like white chocolate or cranberries, and ate almost 2 doz. by himself in a day, has requested them twice in the last week so I guess I'll have to make them soon. I used a small scoop and drug it across the edge of the bowl. My cookies were small but thick, which made them slightly chewy. Excellent recipe, thanks!!!
