Why go out when you can make this at home? I left the tomato off and served it on the side. I grilled it in my George Foreman grill, which warmed the ham and turkey, and it was cooked in about 4 minutes. Made for Alphabet Soup Game. A real winner!

I used to waitress at Applebee's and this was my all time favorite "signature" sandwich to recommend to my customers and eat myself! I would make these at home, on my days off; I did use sour dough bread rather than french bread. If you don't have ham, try this with bacon too. This is one delicious sandwich!

This sandwich was soooo very good. Loved the barbecue sauce on it. We also dipped ours in it. Yum Yum. Thanks for posting this quick and easy recipe.
