This recipe had me craving more! I love quinoa, and am always looking for a great way to make it. This is staying out on the shelf for use soon!!! Thanks for sharing.

This was very good! It has a sweet and spicy flavour to it - which is really nice. It might be nice to add some cannellini or something to make it a vegetarian main course!

Pretty good meal; husband liked it a lot. It cooked for about 20-25 minutes instead of 15. I served it with black beans for a yummy vegan meal.

My roommate and I had never tried quinoa before. We really liked this spicy, easy dish.

This tasted great, its good hot or cold (maybe better cold) I added cilantro at the end and more spices.

Very tasty! I accidently used a can a fire roasted tomatoes instead of the tomatoes with green chilies, but it was good anyway! Thanks!

LOVED IT!!! I didn't have the canned tom w/chilis so I diced a tomatoe and used a can of diced chilis instead and used chicken stock for the liquid. I FINALLY found a way that I LIKE to eat Quinoa! I am going to try this with Barley and any other grain!

This was good, but I wasn't wild about it. It was a bit bland for my taste because the acidity of the tomatoes overwhelmed the spices. Next time I'll at least double the spices. It was fast and easy though, so I'll try it again with some modifications. Thanks for sharing!

I thought this was a great way to prepare quinoa. I didn't have tomatoes with green chilies, so I used a can of tomatoes and about half a can of green chilies. I only used about 1/8 tsp. of chili powder in hopes that my children would eat it. I thought it was great, but the young ones didn't care for it.

Really good! I love quinoa and love finding another way to enjoy such a healthy grain! Used Quinoa-Toasted and chicken broth instead of water. Served as a side dish but would make a great main dish as well. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
