Great stuff. I wasn't sure there'd be any to serve because I kept eating a batch while the next one was cooking.

Although there is a bit of preperation to this recipe, you get out of it more than you put into it. I found these potato pancakes to be absolutely delicious and highly recommend them to anyone who wishes to have the best with their breakfast or snack anytime of the day. Kudos to Teresa

Wonderful latkes recipe. Very easy to whip up and sooooo good. I think the next time I am going to try scallions. I live alone and often need to use up potatoes that I have bought at the store, so I will be making these often.

Wow! These are fantastic and easy to make. Thank you for listing the weight of the potatoes--that really helped.

My Jewish husband was hungry for Latkes and this recipe was as close to his Mothers as I could get. Since it was Passover I used Matzo meal and served it with applesause. He already wants me to make them again.

Mmmm... I am full of these right now. The kids were clammering for more. I didn't drain my potatoes quite enough - too impatient, but they were still fabulous. My only suggestion would be to put the approximate number of potatoes that makes up 3 lbs. I just guessed. Thanks a batchful!
