Very good. Very quick. Easy cleanup. I have only made it once but it is going in my file to make again. Had it over noodles. Obviously the mozzarella cheese is meant to be spred over the chicken

For dietary reasons I made this using soy alternatives for cheese. I also used my homemade fresh tomato sauce in lieu of Ragu. But I needed the basics for construction. This isn't something I grew up with, but my husband loves it, and his food likes are limited. This recipe will gain a place in our rotation of chicken dishes. To me, it's all about the nice, light bread crumbs you coat the chicken in, not the cheese. I really liked this and look forward to making a sandwich with what little was left over! Thanks.

The best Chicken Parmigiana I've ever made! I even substituted the Italian breadcrumbs for an equal amount flour & a little Italian seasoning. It was still great! I keep frozen chicken breasts on hand, so this recipe is super easy to make any day of the week. I sometimes serve alongside spaghetti tossed with olive oil & spices. This is the best recipe yet!

This was a real crowd pleaser with my Katrina evacuee crowd. Even the pickiest devoured it.

A great recipe my whole family loved. The chicken was very moist. This will become a regular for sure.

This is such an easy recipe to follow and tastes GREAT! I ended up using just one egg and part-skim cheese to make the meal lower in fat... so yummy!

I tried this recipe with a twist from another chicken parm recipe on this site...it was awesome...the chicken was so juicy and flavorful.
