The texture was great and they taste like a sweet oatmeal bread, very good served warm with butter. I followed your directions exactly and they were easy to make. Thank you for a good recipe.

Very good and easy to make. I followed the recipe as written other then I used Substitute for Buttermilk for the buttermilk. Next time I think I would add just a bit more cinnamon as others did. We all loved them. I got 11 muffins. Very moist and good.

These are very moist and easy to prepare. I like that they weren't overly sweet and they were a nice addition to my cottage cheese and fruit lunch. Thanks Katha for such a nice recipe. Bullwinkle.

Very tasty muffins! The only substitution I made was to sour regular milk with vinegar and add a tidge extra cinnamon.

These are now a standby in my kitchen. The whole family loves them. I usually add banana and/or cinnamon chips. YUMMY!
