After I sauteed the garlic in the butter, I then let it sit off the heat for about 30 minutes before adding the broth and cauliflower. This is wonderfully flavored and I will experiment using this recipe with other veggies as well. Thanks for sharing, Paula.

Outstanding cauliflower. This is going to be my default method to prepare one of my favorite vegetables. I subbed olive oil for the butter but otherwise adored the recipe as written.

WOW!!! I made this with cauliflower and broccoli... it was so good! I only used 1 clove of garlic (and i'm a garlic lover) and i used canola oil instead of butter. This is sure to be one of our family staples!

Tasty and easy to make. I used a 1# bag of frozen forets and olive oil. Perfect.

I can only add my approval to the other positive comments. My husband said "Now THIS is the way to prepare cauliflower!". Thanks, Paula.

This is delicious! We've made it several times. A great potato substitute.

That is some good cauliflower! Fabulous flavor, but then my family loves anything with lots of garlic. Definitely going in the make again binder!

This makes a lovely side dish. Very simple, very healthy, and very flavourful. I did cut down the garlic a bit (and we really like garlic!) and it was just about right for us. I will make this often!
