I just had to update this review and give all 5-stars. I still think using about 3 Tbls. blue cheese improves this dressing but I am addicted to it and make it all the time. It is now a standard around here and will never buy bottled dressing again! So quick and easy to make and the flavor is amazing. Thanks again for sharing this wonderful recipe!!

To kick this recipe up a notch add just a dash of soy sauce. It really brings out the blue cheese flavor even more!

I normally don't like "regular" blue cheese dressing, but decided to try this recipe after buying some blue cheese to crumble on hamburgers. This is an awesome recipe! Great flavor and so easy to prepare. Thank you for sharing!

Great dressing. I tripled the blue cheese and upped the garlic a bit. This is really good. I will be using it on hamburgers as well as salads, as a raw veggie dip; it's versatile. Thanks IM for a nice salad dressing (and dip).

Out of the world wonderful. So easy, had everything on hand. I followed this exactly except I doubled the blue cheese too, since I am a blue cheese hoarder. Other then that, I could of easily eaten the whole bowl. I added a bit of course salt at the end, and it was oh so good! Thank you Impera_Magna!

Made this today and oh my...SO GOOD! The only thing I did different was to add twice as much blue cheese as we love it. And it really is easy to make. This is one recipe that will be enjoyed over & over again in this household. Would give it 10 stars if we could. So glad you posted this, Impera Magna. Thank you!

This is an excellent blue cheese dessing. I made it early in the day and refigerated it until serving time. Everyone enjoyed it and asked for the recipe. Thanks for sharing this, Impera Magna.

I added more blue cheese and also some salt and Worcestershire as my blue cheese was on the mild side. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
