This is a yummy carrot cake, one which I've made before and is well enjoyed. This one's a keeper recipe!

    Perfect! I have two kids who are dairy-allergic. This recipe has made us very happy. We topped it with a "soy cream cheese" frosting. Thanks Chelle_N!
