This was such an easy dish to make. I did substitute Chipotle Chili Powder for the Cayenne, which added a smokiness w/the heat. Also, I added approximately 2 cups of sweet corn (fresh or frozen) which really looked nice and tasted great. Our whole family loved it (and it was so pretty when you add the garnishes!!) Great Football Sunday fare!

Really good, I enjoyed this very much. I added a little less monetery jack also, but otherwise made it exactly as written. Perfect amount of heat from the cayenne, and it mixes wonderfully with the freshness of the cilantro. YUM! This one goes in my keeper cookbook for sure.

Best white chili I have ever had! Thick, cheesy, creamy, a tad spicy, tons of flavor and fantastic. Doubled the recipe and will be freezing half of it. Used a little less cheese and sour cream when mixing it in. Sprinkling those two items on top when serving makes up for it. Also, I topped it with diced red instead of green onions. Sauted the garlic for one minute after the onions were brown and added in the chilies and spices and cooked 3 minutes before adding mix to soup pot. Thank you for a great recipe!

My fiance and I were blown away by this chili. The best way to describe it is a blast of spicy and fresh ingredients. Very good and I will most certainly make again. The only thing different I did was to saute the onions, garlic and chili's together in one skillet before transferring to my crock pot. Thank you Chef Garlic!!

This is hands down the best white chili recipe that I have tried. So much flavor and freshness. I will be making this again soon. Thanks for the recipe!

This is for sure a new staple in my recipe book. I had never made it before so we had a bunch of family over and I quadrupled the recipe. (I love leftovers) It was a huge hit and was absolutely delicious. We will make this a regular rotation on the soup/bean days. Really full of flavor, Highly recommended. It is even better the next day. "Great Job"

Very good! The only changes I made were adding a bit more chicken broth, and a little less monterey jack. Garnished with chopped green onions and shredded chihuahua cheese. Thanks for posting the recipe!

Awesome chili! Went to a Halloween party last night and they had a chili cook off. Because I figured everyone would be making the standard tomato base chili I decided to make the white version. This recipe wowed most everyone! Surprisingly most never even heard of white chili. Instead of dried beans I used canned, omitted the tomatoes and added black beans thus turning it into Black and White Chili. Delish! Great white chili willie!! Thanks Chef Garlic
