Excellent - I cooked my rice in my rice cooker along with Tish's Emeril's Southwestern Spice #30984 then just mixed everything together in a large bowl. Fabulous taste and these will be great to have on hand for lunches. Thanks Tish!

A great alternative for lunch! Plenty of protein without the fast food cholesterol issues! Thanks Tish!

I couldn't figure out what a package of southwest seasoning was, so I used (2) packages of taco seasoning - and this worked out great! The rice by itself with the packages of taco was a little much, but wrapped up with all the other ingredients it was delicious. My husband is scarfing these up when he doesn't feel liking cooking anything else, and I have been bringing them for lunches and they are quite tasty! They are perfect when you add a little sour cream and/or salsa to them after you have reheated them. Yum, yum - this is a do over! Thanks, Tish!

These are fantastic. I used 8 inch tortillas, and ended up using about 24 of them. So tasty, easy to assembly-line produce and freeze well, and the reheat beautifully. Great with a dab of sour cream and some salsa- very filling and healthy. Thanks for posting!

My husband LOVES these! And I LOVE how easy they are to make! I serve with a salsa ranch dressing for dipping. Freezes beautifully. I have also added shredded chicken and they have turned out well. I wish I could find 20 more recipes that are this easy and this good!

I can't believe it's taken me this long to get your review, but at least I can now comment on how well they hold up in the freezer. Beautiful! It's so easy to pull one or two out for a quick lunch for my toddler & I or for a healthy after school snack for my teenager. I will most certainly be making these again & I think I'll try the shredded chicken idea. We like to eat these dipped in salsa & sometimes with a little dab of sour cream. Oh, DH doesn't eat cheese so I used just half of the monterey jack & no cheddar at all. I know the filling would stay in the wrap better with more cheese & maybe next time I'll try slipping in a little more of it. lol Thanks for developing & posting this one, Tish!

This was so easy to make and so tasty. I used risotto rice since that was all I had but it worked great. DH thought I'd bought them at Whole Foods, though for him they weren't spicy enough! Thank you for sharing this one.

Love this! Made these wraps twice now. Added some leftover small diced chicken to the second batch...so good, so easy, so quick. Winner!

The southwest seasoning that I used was TOO strong for one batch, so I ended up doubling the batch. I also used kidney beans instead of black beans. My husband would have liked tapatio hot sauce added in.
