Fluffy indeed! I added a slice of american cheese and topped it with another layer of scrambled eggs for my DH. For more of a he-man breakfast I served it with corned beef hash and toast. He enjoyed it! Thank You cookin4my3boys-

Absolutely loved this recipe - added a dollop or two of ricotta cheese a minute or two before it was ready; and garnished it with snipped shallot tops. Made a great brunch with hash browns and thick sliced toast.

I addeded a teaspoon of club soda to this recipe. It makes the eqqs even lighter and fluffier.

These scrambled eggs were delicious! Light, fluffy and the perfect cosistency. I halved the recipe since it was just the kids and I for breakfast and there wasn't a single speck left! Quick and easy. Thank you!

I decided to make 'breakfast' for lunch today for hubby and I and these scrambled eggs were part of the menu! VERY good and will most definitely make them again. They were delicious and came out perfect!
