I have this recipe and have made these several times. We just love them! If I might pass along a hint, use wax paper in the pan and spray the paper lightly with cooking spray. It sure makes the rolling process alot easier. Great recipe!

My kids loved these. Great fun to make. I used blackcurrant jelly and white marshmallows. It looked very pretty. Pretty sticky, though, so I rolled them in sugar, which worked well.

These were fun and easy to make. The kids loved them. You could pour this into individual small glass dishes as dessert also. I doubled the recipe and put in a 9 x 13 pan and used waxed paper like another reviewer recommended. Thanks for sharing a great recipe!

These were a blast to make and not any more time-consuming than Jello Jigglers. I was a little worried about my pinwheels turning out so neatly but they looked just like the photo. I was out of spray so I spread a little butter/short. on my dish. I used a large spatula to get my roll started and it cooperated nicely. I used a new Jello Blackberry Blast flavor. My husband really loved them! I think they reminded him of something you'd get in England. Thanks LonghornMama, for posting such a NEAT recipe! Roxygirl

Ok so the first time I tried this I used sugar free jello. That did not work! There aren't as many ounces in the sugar free so I had to convert the rest of the recipe and it was definitely not what it was supposed to be. So I just tried it again and it was great! I did not use sugar free this time and everything was perfect! Thanks!!

These were really cool! I packed them for a picnic and everyone was impressed. I did have to make a few adjustments as flavored Jello isn't available here, so I used 1 envelope (1/4 oz) of plain gelatin powder plus 1 cup of fruit juice, which I first cooked down to half a cup. Since it was already hot I just stirred in the gelatin and marshmallows and went from there. It tasted just like the real thing.
I did find that the roll didn't want to stick together right away, but after refrigerating the pinwheels held their shape, so next time I will chill the roll for a bit before cutting. I can't wait to make holiday themed versions! Thanks!

I thought these were great! I only had a 6 oz. package, so I doubled all the ingredients and split the mixture between two pans. It's very quick and easy, and my 3-year-old loved them.

I got a little confused when I made this (my fault) and used a cookie sheet rather than a 9x13 pan. I realized my error when there wasn't enough to cover the bottom of the pan. I quickly mixed up a second batch and added to it. It set up very nicely. I used a little butter to grease the pan rather than spraying and I must have got it a bit too thin because it did start to stick in a couple place when I was rolling it up, but I used a plastic spatula to scrape it a bit and it rolled right up. Great recipe, the kids loved it, and I am passing it on to my sister as well. Thanks LongHornMama!
