YUMMY! I made this this morning with leftover chicken. I used the seasoning salt and fresh gound black pepper in place of the lemon pepper, as I did not have any on hand, doubled the recipe and upped the mayo by a few tablespoons, I'll be serving this on my homemade buns tonight. Thanks for sharing Sue!...Kitten

I made this salad with leftover roasted chicken and it was absolutely wonderful. It made a great lunch served on lettuce with tomatoes, cukes, and melon on the side.

Made it for a hot day. I put sliced cucumbers on the sandwich with a touch of vinegar - Wonderful!

YUM, YUM, YUM! This was fabulous chicken salad! I actually made this for my husband as I'm not a chicken salad fan, but after tasting it, I had a sandwich too. I don't know what it is that makes this so good, but it all works together. Thanks for sharing!

Good chicken salad!! I will be making this again and again!! I used grilled chicken and doubled the recipe. I was out of thyme but it still came out very flavorful and worth repeating!!

I wish I could rate this higher than a 5 star. This is the best chicken salad. I was a bit scared cause I had never liked the thoughts of putting eggs in chicken salad but I made the recipe as it called for and it was so good. I chilled the salad for a hour or two and butter toasted sourdough bread when ready and added chilled salad. It was like I had ordered a chicken salad sandwich at the drug store back in my younger days. I will make this alot in the future. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful recipe.

This is the best chicken salad I have ever had. My boyfriend is one of those PICKEY eaters and he even loved it. He asked, "Can you do this with turkey"? HA! yes. Thanks so much. Rita S

This was a decent, not spectacular, chicken salad. The egg made it taste more like egg salad and I had to use double the mayo it called for in order to get all the pieces coated.

I made this for dinner one night last week. I found a great sale on chicken and had cooked some of it plain and shredded it. Was hoping to find a good easy recipe. I left out the lemon pepper due to personal prefrences, and celery b/c dh doesn't like it. Served it with multigrain crackers. Thanks for sharing!
