its a perfect and a very delicious cake. I tried it twice but the 2nd time I used brown sugar..It was more than perfect

    What a wonderful coffee cake. Instructions were clear and simple, ingredients were in the cupboard except the rum, so I used Irish Cream. Delicious, inhaled by the family and will be a permanent in the file. Thankyou.
