I cooked the garlic very slowly and it got very mellow and yummy. My favorite way to have pasta. Not a very good thing to cook for a date tho, lol. I added mushrooms the last time I made it, with great results.

I loved it, my DH liked it but would only give it 4 stars. I sauted some chicken in the pan first, then cooked the sauce. It got up all the tasty little bits from the chicken. Then I cut the chicken and served it on top. We also added some julienned sun dried tomatoes to the top. I think next time I am going to try it with even more garlic. MMMM thanks for a great recipe.

Very tasty and quick to make! I did brown the butter and garlic-it added to the flavors, IMHO. Really delicious, Sylvie! Nice flavors to accompany baked chicken. Thanks for posting will make this again!

Delicious! I added a little of the pasta water to make it seem creamy and help the parmesan to really melt in. I used capellini instead of spaghetti and it was perfect. Quick, easy, and a real kid and crowd pleaser!

DH had this for dinner tonight and said he'd have liked a little MORE garlic in this LOL. Garlic lover or what? !!! He knows my rating system and is rather critial when it comes to rating his all time favourite Main course: PASTA ! He gave it 4 stars and said he'd like this every now and again. So, here's to what probably is an above average recipe rated severely by the Pasta Master! Thanks !

So easy and very tasty. I used a little more garlic and added some fresh brocoli and tossed with the pasta. Then I cut some grape tomatoes in half and added them and it was excellent.

Easy and tasty. Next time I am going to add sundried tomatoes, mushrooms & peas and serve it with a grilled chicken breast. Thanks for a quick meal idea.
