My family loved these pancakes, and this is the way I'll be making them from now on! The cinnamon made them very tasty. My DD came back for seconds...and thirds! Applesauce is a great accompaniment to these pancakes, as it pairs nicely with the cinnamon. Be careful not to overmix the batter, to ensure the pancakes turn out tender. These rose nicely, and made a hearty breakfast! Thanks!

These are GREAT!!! My kids are on a low sodium diet so I did not add the salt and used sodium free baking powder. They are great. Hubby made a double batch and we froze some so the kids can pop them in the microwave for a quick breakfast.

These were nice and light. I accidentally added more cinnamon, than the recipe called for, but it wasn't a mistake because they tasted great! Thanks for sharing your reicpe Chef 185065!

The title says it all "Yummy Pancakes". Enjoyed the flavor of the cinnamon, a new twist of any pancake that I had made. Thanks for posting a great recipe.
