Little prep time, and delicious! I used the small cherry tomatoes from my garden, which worked well. Very light, zesty, spicy and all together authentic!

I have found most people like this with less jalepeno. I like to make it in very large batches with lots of tomato. Also be careful not to add too much celantro. It quickly will overpower the recipe.

I made a double batch of this as instructed, except I used 3 jalepenos total. The salsa tastes like what you get at some Mexican resturants before your food is ready. This is not the thick red picante kind of salsa, but the kind with your vegetable hash sitting in some liquid. 3 jalepenos for 2 batches was still pretty spicy. After about 10 chips, I had to take a break! (I would use a blender next time though.)

Wow, this was great salsa. We didn't have any jalapenos, so we made it without and it was still fantastic. Thanks WildlifeDi! Cindy

Everyone who tried this salsa, including myself, liked it, so it must be pretty good. I used one large jalepeno, which added plenty of heat, because I don't like for the heat to overpower the flavor in salsa. Also, I used 1 tbsp of dried cilantro, instead of 2 tbsp chopped cilantro. The combination of flavors was very nice.

Very good! I added 1/2 a red pepper and used only one jalapeno.

Fresh tomatoes around here taste like sawdust. the store kind , you know . So I used a 14oz can of petite diced tomatoes , Green Tabasco for the jalapenos, and 1 tsp dried cilanteo, ( I'm not a big fan ) and bottled lime jucie Every one RAVED. Also used it in crockpot burritos Yummy Thanks Debbie

Perfect! Tasted just like my favorite salsa at the La Casita restaurant chain. My only change was a little extra onion. Will make a triple batch next time!
