Mydesigirl recommended this cake to me when I was looking for a recipe for a birthday cake. I'm so glad that I tried this one. It was so quick and easy and delicious. I made a couple changes: I only used 1/2 of the cream cheese, pudding and milk mixture. And my pudding box was 3.4 oz. not 2 oz. like mentioned in the ingredient list. I put the Ding Dongs in an 11 x 7 pan and it worked out perfectly. I think shaved chocolate would make a great topping for this cake.

I made a 1/2 recipe of this, it is so good. I have had this before when Mydesigirl made it, Since it is just me and my DH the whole recipe would of been too much. To my surprise, DH really like it.

I used more than 10 ding dongs for a better base. I really hated crushing up the ding dongs, my fingers were quite waxy feeling afterwards. They all loved it. Thank You!

We thought this was good, just seemed like it was missing something. Maybe some chocolate on top would bring more flavor to the chocolate on the bottom. Thanks for posting this so we could try it.
