I have made these several times for get-togethers and they are always a big hit. Substitute the chocolate pudding with pumpkin pie pudding mix and it makes a great seasonal treat!

We had this exact recipe at a party and I was skeptical but tried one and they were fabulous! Only difference was Kahlua was used in place of Irish cream.

Everyone loved these and they were simple to make. I used sugar and fat free instant chocolate pudding. I added a tablespoon of cocoa powder and a tablespoon of sugar. It gave them a nice speckled look. I made 48 servings following this recipe by spooning it into mini-muffin cups.

I am famous for this recipe! I, too, found it on the TOH board and have been making it for years. I have used Kahlua in place of the Bailey's Irish Cream but the Bailey's does seem to be the preferred taste. I use the bathroom size plastic Dixie cups and serve them individually with a dollop of Readi-Wip. Have spoons available.

These were insanely good. I can't wait to try out more varieties. I used vanilla vodka and replaced half the Irish cream with Creme de Menthe because we wanted them to taste like grasshoppers. They turned out perfect. The texture actually comes out more like mousse than pudding. Very decadent. I'll be making these over and over.

I'm sorry but these were just so-so. Hubby thought they were too sweet and I though they were too strong.

OMG I absolutely love this recipe. I make jello shots and pudding shots every week for my kickball games and they are in high demand, there are never any left! I am always trying to come up with new variations of this recipe, i have tried different flavors of irish cream, carmel is my fav or mint, and coffee are good too. I was given the suggestion to try bannana liqour with it, cant wait to see how it comes out. I love all the suggestions i have found on here i cant wait to come up with more flavors.

This stuff is delicious! In fact, it is actually better after a full 24 hours or so in the freezer. When it's good and thick and frozen, it is similar in consistency to soft-serve ice cream. Awesome!
