These were very good pancakes. They were very thick (as was the batter), but cooked all the way through without burning the outside. They were also an interesting colour because of the cinnamon. The recipe made 10 pancakes using a 1/4 cup ladle to put the batter into the frying pan. I'll make these again.

Delicious Apple Pancakes! The batter is quite thick so on my first batch the center never quite cooked through even though the outsides were very brown. For the second batch, I added a touch of skim milk to even out the batter. The batter was still quite thick, so when pouring onto the griddle, I used the back of my wooden spoon and smoothed the batter out onto the pan somewhat to flatten. This trick worked very well to obtain a pancake that was cooked thoroughly. It is important to make sure your apples are grated unless you want a pancake with a bit of a crunch. I served with pure Canadian Maple syrup for a very delicious breakfast which I will be serving again. Thanks again, Kittencal : )

Yummy pancakes! A sprinkling of Hershey's Cinnamon Chips after I poured the batter onto the griddle made a nice addition. The batter was quite thick, so I added a couple tablespoons of milk to it. This keeper recipe yielded a delicious twelve 6-inch pancakes ~ Thanks for sharing!

Very flavorful pancakes and they smell wonderful too! I had a little trouble with the batter being so thick, next time I think I will add and egg and use 2 cups butter milk and 1/2 cup milk instead of the sour cream and maybe a little less flour. My family loved them, I will be making these again. Thanks you!

Yummy. I halved the recipe and it was enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Used 2% milk because that is what I had on hand, will make again with buttermilk. Thanks for sharing.

I used 2 tbs of brown sugar and I used butter. These pancakes are really yummy! My apple was not too large but the taste was still there
