Loved this except I used a blender like Alton Brown did and it left tiny little skins that get caught in the back of your mouth-next time I'll leave it with whole cranberries. I squeezed a fresh orange at the end to give added oj flavor. I love oj and cranberries together This will be on the Thanksgiving table for years to come.

Everything Alton makes is great, including this cranberry sauce! It took a little while (closer to 45-50 minutes) to reduce the sauce down, but it was worth it. Definitely not too sweet - which was perfect! Went great with our thanksgiving ham (Honey Baked Ham (Copycat)).

We made smoked turkey wraps with the sauce on the side for dipping, for a meeting. This was the first thing to run out. I later made this for Thanksgiving Reunion, again one of the first to dissapear. One uncle used a dinner roll to swab the remaining sauce from the sides of the serving container. Folks, anything AB makes is good! Thanks for sharing with us!!!

Thanks! He changed all of his recipes around on Food Network's website and I couldn't find this one. It's sooooo good, was about to cry at the thought of not having it this year!

Wish I could give this more, but it just seemed to be missing something. A lot of something. Sorry, Alton, this was a miss for me.

Even my cranberry-hating relatives enjoy this and the kids in the family LOVE it! It's easy to make - I've even used diet ginger ale and sugar-free maple-flavored syrup and it was still good. Oh, and preparing it makes the house smell wonderful for hours!
