This is fantastic! I am feeding six and it is one of the few times they ALL loved a meal! Wouldn't change a thing. Thank you from a very cold Canberra for such a delicious warm meal.

This is easy, quick and very filling! My husband loves it. Serve it with a salad and good crusty bread--dinner is done!! I will be making this again and again.

This was GREAT!! I sauteed a couple of strips of bacon (cut up) to give it a little different flavor.

Wow! I love this soup!!
It's easy , I have all ingredients on hand most of the time (with the exception of the small shell pasta), and the smell while this is simmering is just fabulous!
The only change I had to make was the fresh chopped parsley. That I NEVER have on hand , so I add the dried flakes instead.
My meat lovin' husband didn't even miss the fact that it's meatless!
I didn't bother to photo, as you already have a lovely photo for the soup.
This definitely stays in my regular soup rotation!
5 thumbs up!!!
Thanks for posting the recipe Bev!!

I threw this together with what I happened to have in the house. I just added minced onion and garlic powder since I was too lazy to do all the chopping. I also used stewed tomatoes with celery, onion, and green pepper and that added to the flavor. Very good, and next time I'll really try it as the recipe states . . . when I've got the time!! Thanks!

We had this for dinner tonight. Made the kids portion without the onions and garlic. They devoured it! Served with homemade bread and salad. So easy and so good!

Easy soup. I added black beans and frozen spinach as well. Served with butternut squash and a salad. Freezes well too.
