Very tasty. And reheated well in the microwave. The garlic flavor was very mild. Next time, I think I'll increase to 5 cloves of garlic. Also recommend heating the sour cream before adding to the potatoes, to avoid cooling the potatoes too much.

I added six gloves garlic. I also used my hand mixer to get a smooth creamy consistency. The potatoes came out wonderful and I can't wait to make them again. This is a keeper!

These potatoes are so very good and love not having to peel them. I used 3 teaspoons of minced garlic from the jar and didnt have white pepper so used freshly ground black pepper. Also used 4 tablespoons of butter and a bit more than 1/2 cup sour cream. Creamy and nice light garlic flavor!

I loved these potatoes! I followed Wildrose's suggestion and used 5 cloves of garlic. I also used 2 more tbs of butter for additional flavor. They were easy to put together and a hit with the whole family! Thanks for sharing!

These were a great addition to Sunday dinner. As Wildrose suggested, I increased the garlic cloves to 5 medium and used yogurt instead of the sour cream. The yogurt added a delightful twang. I also added some chives to the dish. Thanks.

I read this so fast and put the potatoes in the water but I didn't have garlic cloves. I made them and added garlic powder and cream cheese with chives cause they were there too! Yummy even so. Thanks!

Just made up a batch for dinner. Liked it very much but did not chop the garlic fine enough. Maybe next time I'll use a little garlic powder to taste!

Very easy and very good. Next time I'll double the garlic cloves, as suggested by Principessa. I love garlic, and want a stronger garlic presence next time. Thanks for a great recipe!
