While this is a rich dish, it is not very heavy. I think I'm in heaven. My husband, my 80 year old very picky neighbor, and I loved it. This has got to be the best chicken recipe I've ever cooked. I wish it wasn't so fattening, I would eat it every week.

This is an excellent chicken dish! It is very quick to make, and the sauce is wonderful. I used the frozen chicken tenders, and they worked out really well. I would also be sure to cook white rice with this, because the sauce is go good!

Oh my! Yum!! I made the recipe exactly as stated for some unexpected dinner guests this evening. I served it with a wild rice/long grain rice (unseasoned--due to topping with the sauce) combo and asparagus spears. We started the meal with a fresh spinach salad and ended with an assortment of christmas goodies and coffee. The meal was superb! The champagne adds just the right amount of tang to the cream sauce. It seemed very light (for a cream sauce). I like how little effort the chicken required to prepare. I was able to concentrate on other meal prep and my guests. I will be making this again...even just for my husband and myself.

I made this for DH New Year's Eve. We ate by candlelight at 11:30 and it was absolutely one of the best chicken dishes we have ever had. The sauce is to die for!! I only used two breasts but kept all the measurements for the sauce as posted b/c we loooove sauce! Truly a special dish that is easy to make. Thanks for posting!

Delicious chicken, Di. I used a bottle of Moet & Chandon. I served the rest of the bottle to my guests. This made a classy entree. The sauce was creamy and the flavor of the rosemary went well with it. This made a good special occasion dinner. Thanks.

This dish was easy to prepare and smelled and tasted delicious. I did let the sauce cook too long, and it separated; but that did not affect the flavor, or the positive reviews. Two people at my dinner party requested the recipe!

I made this for Christmas eve dinner. Doubled the recipe to have enough. It was super. I thought it might be difficult to make since it's all done on top of the stove. Not so. And it also held well since some of my guests were running late! Served it on plain white rice. Will definately make this again for my immediate family as my husband and daughter loved it. Me too! Thank you for this keeper!

I had a bottle of champagne to celebrate our new house and wanted to make a special meal! I served this with rice (Means Perfect Pilaf) and fresh Asparagus! It was absolutely to die for! We drank the remaining champagne with it! DH loved it said it tasted like gourmet!

Maybe it was the brand of champagne (Korbel) but my family would not request that we have it again. Chicken was nice and tender though.
