I agree with Steve Grinavic: EXCEPTIONAL!! I made these tonight and even my picky BF loved them. I toasted some whole-wheat pitas and spread FF mayo and some avocado on them. I took Steve's healthy advice and usd ground whole oats (1 cup) instead of the bread crumbs. I also added two extra cloves of garlic, and I used dried basil since I didn't have any fresh around. They were really, really awesome. Thanks so much for posting this, I will make them all the time!!!!

Exeptional. I used 2x fresh basil and oregano and doubled the garlic. I did substitute ground oats for the bread crumbs to make it even more healthy! Coarsly cut the onion then threw everything in a deep sided bowl and used an immersion blender to finish chopping/mixing. I think it took longer to open the cans than anything else. Thanks Mini!

This was great, a lot like Chili's burgers. I substituted oatmeal (finely processed) doubled the garlic and basil and we grilled them. Perfect for the vegetarians in our family for a cookout!

This is a 5 star for sure. I loved them and found this easy to make. I think Buttercup 0009 used cinnamon in error as the recipe calls for cumm. Big difference in those 2 spices. This packed well in a sandwich the next day for lunch. Thanks soooooooooo much. Being a vegetarian I'm always looking for a new burger to try.

Not bad but not what I was expecting. I used a tsp. of chili powder in place of the cumin (don't like the flavor of cumin) other wise followed recipe exactly. I will make these again but will experiment with spices. thanks for posting.

these remind me of a place that I use go to often as a teen......a diner of sorts that often had these as a blue plate veggie special. Anyway I made them with salsa mixed in for added heat and flavor, doubled the garlic. Topped them with guac, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and some additional salsa on a toasted multi grain bun!! YUM!!!!!

First time with a meatless burger... AWESOME! I used corn flake crumbs instead of bread crumbs because I'm gluten free, and used grill seasoning instead of the other spices. Will definitely make again and again!

I didn't care too much for the taste. But then again, it was the first time I had one of these burgers. Maybe I'm not cut out to be a vegetarian =)

Delicious! I skipped the basil because I didn't have any. Served them on pita bread topped with mushrooms, shreadded cheese and salsa. I'll definitely make these again.

Three out of four thought this was pretty good. My youngest boy couldn't get enough. I thought this was very simple to make and was also very yummy!
