Lindsey & I made these and served them with Honey Mustard & Ketchup — the condiments are definitely worth it if you want to splurge. Otherwise, plain ol' salt & pepper (and maybe garlic salt) work great.

These were super!! And so much better than drowning the poor things in hot oil!!!
I just used garlic powder, salt and pepper and they were wonderful!! Super easy to make and tasted great! Thanks for the awesome recipe!

These taters are awesome! Easy, easy to throw together, bake, and serve. I sprinkled them with seasoned salt, garlic salt, and seasoned pepper ... YUM! They went great with fried chicken! Thanks for sharing, Eli ... We loved them, and they'll be a regular around here! Laudee

I make these often. I put the potatoes in a plastic bag and then add olive oil and seasonings, just squish the bag, then pour onto the sheet pan. I often use steak seasoning or just start grabbing jars from the spice rack.

I have made these a number of times now and change them up a bit everytime. Tony's works great!

these are really good..very very easy My potatoes were done quite a bit quicker due probably to my cutting and oven temp variations for the seasoning i used Garlic Seasoning it is a awsome spice mix..I usually omit the last salt called for in the recipe depends on how saltly the seasoned salt is.. anyway back to this recipe..very easy great results 1st time you make them check before stated time as we might cut them a bit thinner/smaller..also some kinds of potatoes tend to cook faster then others

Excellent way to fix potatoes. I prefer to use extra virgin olive oil and season wit Lowrys Seasoned Salt.

We thought they were good. I just think they need a little bit more seasoning to them. Next time I think I am going to try adding something new to them.
